Left over Pineapple glaze - don't throw it away!!!
500g chicken thigh
(if you ask nicely the lovely people at Chop will dice it for you - saves you time!)
Mixed veggies
Steamed brown rice
(large or family pre-cooked pack)
Soy sauce to taste
With left over glaze (click here for glaze recipe) pour over diced chicken and freeze for when you are ready (which I what I did).
Tonight's dinner took
all of 10 mins and Chop has a special. 2 kgs of chicken thigh for $22!
Stir-fry chicken till
just cooked, add veggies and cook for two mins. Lid on.
Put on rice 2 1/2
mins serve.
Serves three adults
and a hungry bub with a serve for lunch (based on 4)
Cost $2.25 a serve!
Time about 10 mins!
You will have to trust me that it looked delicious in the end, I forgot to take a pic!
