Lamb Volcanos and Mash
Went to Chop this week to try something different.
I love cooking but the range is so amazing I can't help to try all of it! I decided to try the Lamb Volcano's - ready to cook, no thinking required!
I have been sick this week and the last thing I wanted to do was cook. These bad boys simply went in the oven for 35 mins on 180. Cooked on an oven grill tray with the tray underneath filled with water.
While it cooked I did
50:50 of sweet potato:potato and mashed.
Dinner done. No
thinking required.
The lamb is filled
with bacon and all sorts of tasty extras. The first time I did this we had a
big one and shared it. It was plenty but I just wanted more as it was so yum. This time we got two smaller ones.
Took 35mins to cook
and nearly zero effort to have a delicious dinner
Cost $28.99
per kg smaller ones are about 250g
