Super easy peasy chicken schnitty!
Chop has done it
again with their homemade chicken schnitzel. I have tried the gluten free
version tonight. So tonight is healthy and quick!
Dice up veggies (pumpkin, sweet potato and potato) sprinkle with salt and pepper, Cajun spice.
The chicken will take
about 15 mins to cook (cook slow so you get a nice goklden crust). Pan with a bit of oil on a
low heat.
Tonight I had some left over corn cobs and asparagus. The corn got boiled for 10 mins and the asparagus got boiling water from the kettle thrown over it before I served.
Tonight I cooked for three, however the schnitzels are so massive we really only needed two and there was enough for two chicken wraps for lunch the next day.
